If you were adopted in Quebec through an English agency such as Children’s Service Centre, Ville Marie Social Services, Batshaw Youth and Family Centres, Baron de Hirsch, Jewish Family Services etc., your records are now held and managed by Le Centre intégré universitaire de santé et de services sociaux du Centre-Ouest-de-l’Île-de- Montréal (CIUSSS-ODIM).
